1: How do I obtain the freight cost for my order?
Shipping is calculated per order to give you the best possible price. Simply add any item to your shopping cart, enter your post code and click the Estimate Shipping button. Then, the shipping cost will be added to the order total. Please remember it will often be cheaper if you purchase multiple items at once as they may be shipped in a single shipment.

2: How fast will my order arrive?
All orders are dispatched as soon as possible after the processing. The estimated delivery time is 1 to 6 business days, depending on the shipping address, parcel size, product type, stock location and the courier schedule. The estimated delivery time frame after the dispatch for:

Printers and Printing Consumables
Metro Areas:    Same or next business day
Remote Areas: Up to 5 business days
TAS, NT Area:  1 - 8 business days

All other products
Sydney:      1-2 business days
NSW/ACT:  1-3 business days
VIC:             2-5 business days
QLD:           2-5 business days
SA:              3-5 business days
WA:             3-6 business days
NT:              4-8 business days
TAS:            3-6 business days

 

3: How do I track the status of my order?
If you wish to track the status of your order, simply log on to your account and in the My Account menu, select the My Orders on the left column. Here you can view detail from all of your orders. Select the order number for the order you wish to track and you will be able to find order status.

4: How is my order sent and what happens if I’m not home for delivery?
We use various couriers for shipping all items to our customers. Deliveries can only be made where a signature to verify the delivery can be obtained. The best addresses are where someone is home between 7am and 6pm weekdays, or a business address which is open during normal business hours. If the delivery cannot be made, the courier drivers usually leave a note to make another appointment or for you to pick up that item but this cannot be taken for granted.
If you authorise the parcel to be left without signature, PCDepot.com.au and our couriers cannot be held responsible for goods being left unattended and missing.

5: I ordered two products online but only received one?
Don't be alarmed, this happens in a few circumstances as outlined below:

  • Item A was in stock in our Melbourne distribution centre but item B in Sydney. In some cases we ship both items from different locations to you to save delivery time or freight cost.
  • Item A was in stock and item B was out of stock. In this case we may part-ship item A to you. Item B will be shipped as soon as the new stock arrive.

Depending on the shipping destination, some products can arrive quicker than the other in these circumstances. There will be no additional cost!

6: Can I pick up my order?
We’re unable to allow pickups from our warehouse unfortunately. The distribution centres operate with a highly automated dispatch system which allows us to send out orders quickly and efficiently. Allowing pickups would disrupt this process.

7: Can I send items to a different address from my billing address?
Yes you are able to send an item to an address other than your billing address. To do this, simply enter the address you wish to have the item delivered to in the “Shipping Address” field.

8: How do I change the delivery address on my order?
We highly recommend you double check your delivery address details before you complete your order in the first instance. After completing the order process, you will be emailed an Order Confirmation - and at this point, you will be able to view your billing and shipping address details again to ensure they are correct.
Once your order has been approved and commenced the beginning of our dispatch process, the delivery address is no longer able to be changed.

9: Do you send orders to PO Box and Parcel Locker?
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship orders to PO Box or Parcel Locker.

10: Do you ship items outside Australia?
At present we are only able to ship within Australia except the area treated by couriers as overseas location (Such as Lord Howe Island, Norfolk Island and Christmas Island).
