How do I place an order online?
The easiest way to begin is to click on the item from our site that you would like to purchase. Each product listing has an “Add to Cart” button on the right hand side of the page. Click on this button and you will then be directed to the “checkout” where you can follow the prompts right through to payment.

How do I find products on PCDepot.com.au?
Finding products is easy if you just follow the instructions below:
1. Move the mouse over any of the options in the horizontal category menu at the top of the website.
2. Select an option from the white drop-down menu that appears.
3. Click any of the subcategory listed under each of these headings to begin your search.
4. Use the filters on the left column to narrow your search results.

How do I add products to my Shopping Cart?
1. Once you have chosen a product that you wish to add to the Shopping Cart, simply click the "Add To Cart" button shown next to the product.
2. You can update the quantity of a product, remove a product or select any accessories to add on in the Shopping Cart page.
3. Once you are happy with your order click the "Checkout" Buttons to proceed to the checkout.


I have forgotten my password or username. Can I reset it?
You certainly can. All that you need to do is go to the Login page, and click the "Forgot Your Password" or "Forgot Your Username" link, which is under the "Login" button. Here you can simply enter your email address and click the submit button.
